Can I cancel my
order after the sale? |
No. This is a legally binding
contract. Once you win an auction, you are legally
obligated to make payment. After you've paid,
you cannot cancel the order and no refunds will
be given. In addition, you cannot return the
spa after you've taken delivery of it, nor will
any refunds or discounts be given. We will honor
our warranties and the terms of our optional
shipping insurance. |
How long will it
take for my spa to ship?

Production time on all
spas is within five (5) weeks after full payment
is received. Shipping by freight carrier to
your location will take three (3) to ten (10)
business days. |

Where do you ship?

We ship ONLY within the
United States. We do not ship to Canada, Puerto
Rico, or Mexico. If you are a resident of one
of these locations, you may bid as long as shipping
is to a continental U.S. address. |

Can I choose how my spa ships?
|
No. We have long-term contracts
with freight carriers that enable us to pass
on low shipping rates to you. Spas cannot be
shipped via UPS or FedEx. |
How will you notify me of payment options for
my eBay win?
|
Winning bid emails are
sent within one (1) business day of auction's
end. Please ensure that the email address you
have listed with eBay is current and functional.
Invalid email addresses will result in negative
feedback. If you do not receive a winning bid
email within one (1) business day, please call
us at 1-800-992-8296! |
How much time do I have to make payment arrangements
with you?

You must contact us with
payment arrangements within three (3) business
days of receiving your winning bid email. We
will file an Unpaid Item Dispute with eBay at
the end of three (3) business days if you have
not contacted us.
All auctions must be paid for
in full within five (5) business days of the
end of the auction. Failure to contact us at
all or pay within this time period will result
in negative feedback on eBay.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept only major credit
cards, cashier's checks, money orders, or personal
checks. Please note that all personal checks
will be held for ten (10) business days before
order is processed. We do not accept PayPal
or electronic transfers. |
If I'm paying by cashier's check or money order,
what do I need to do?

You should call us at 800-992-8296
within three (3) business days to let us know
that you are paying by cashier's check or money
order.
Cashier check and money order
payments must include: eBay ID, model of spa,
date spa was won on eBay, full name, shipping
and billing address two (2) daytime phone numbers,
current email address, and all options, including
color, that you have purchased.
Payments without all of this
information will not be processed until we receive

Can I pay by credit card via email?

Yes.
Credit card payments must include:
eBay ID, model of spa, date spa was won on eBay,
full name, shipping and billing address two
(2) daytime phone numbers, current email address,
and all options, including color, that you have
purchased.
Payments without all of this
information will not be processed until we receive
it.
We suggest sending the credit
card data in at least two separate emails to
thwart the possibility of credit card theft.

Do you offer shipping insurance?
|
Yes. Shipping insurance
can be purchased on spa auctions for $75. |
Why should I buy shipping insurance?
|
Failure to purchase shipping
insurance will place the full responsibility
and cost of replacing merchandise damaged during
shipping on the buyer. |
What does shipping insurance cover?
|
It covers concealed damage
during shipping not noted at delivery only. |
Can I switch the item I won or get the item
at a discounted price?
|
No. Auctions are final
and non-negotiable. Items cannot be switched
nor discounts given. |
When will my order be processed?

Your order will be processed
when you've paid for your auction in full and
provided all the information we require with
each payment. |
Why would I get negative feedback from you or
be blocked from bidding on your auctions?

If you leave us negative
feedback before making direct contact with us,
the transaction will be considered complete,
and we will not discuss anything related to
your eBay auction and will leave you negative
feedback indicating that you did not contact
us directly. You will also be blocked from bidding
on any future auctions we may list.
You will receive negative feedback
if you have an invalid email address listed
with eBay and do not contact us at 800-992-8296
within three (3) business days to both arrange
payment and to provide us with a valid email
address. You will also be blocked from bidding
on any future auctions we may list.
If you do not respond and/or do not pay within
five (5) business days of receiving your winning
bid email, you will receive an unpaid item strike
and also be blocked from bidding on any future
auctions we may list.

How do I get positive feedback?

We ask you to leave positive
feedback for us when you are satisfied that
your transaction with our company is complete.
We will do the same for you when we receive
your feedback. |

Why?

Bidders with a minus (-)
feedback rating, "private" feedback,
or a high ratio of negative feedback must contact
us before placing a bid. If bidder in any of
these categories bids without contacting us,
we will cancel the bid and block the bidder
from bidding on any of our auctions. |
